Kids hate to look small or even feel small, especially in front of their friends. So, make them feel like they’re equal partners in a relationship where you still have the casting vote.
They’re gonna become carbon copies of you anyway at some point, so why not mold them into better carbon copies of yourself by molding your own character and personality? And by retiring any icky habits that you have in you may have stored away in your closet?
