Be respectful at all times but also be mindful of the expected outcome.
While it’s super important to be considerate and thoughtful about everyone around you, it’s just as important to realize that sometimes, being a people pleaser holds us back from living up to our true potential.
If they’re on board, then give them all the recognition and respect they deserve (and maybe even a Cookie if they’re really nice). But don’t too take long to take the shot, because the clock doesn’t stop for anyone.
