Still going with the Swiss Army knife approach?
Swiss Army Knives are awesome and handy in many situations (including the trimming of overgrown Cat mustaches). But, they’re more of a miniature toolbox of convenience and therefore shouldn’t be mistaken for a set of individual, well-crafted tools designed to handle a wide range of heavy duty tasks.
So, always have the right tools at hand for the job. And, when hiring people for specialized roles, steer clear of those jacks of all trades.
