Got way too much on your plate?
Then start by:
1.Dumping everything that need not be done at all.
2.Deferring stuff that don’t need doing right away.
3.Delegating things that can be done by others
And by
4.Committing yourself to doing things are mission critical, urgent and can’t be done without you.
Also, limit your to-do list to the 5 most important items at any given time (even if you literally have a gazillion things that need doing).
