Binging is usually the result of not drinking enough water and not eating regularly,
So, drink one glass of water every single hour. If that’s too much, start out with just half a glass (or maybe just a teaspoonful) every hour.
Also, eat a “small” but healthy meal every 2-3 hours. What I have for 6 days a week are smoothies made of Fresh Fruits, Veggies, Greens, Nuts, Seeds and skim milk. And a series of egg salads made with finely sliced Vegetables, Salads, Eggs and Healthy oils.
Raw foods naturally prevent overeating as the body registers them as “real food” as opposed to processed foods, beverages and class A-Z drugs that barely registers with our “digestive system”. That’s why we can only scrunch through so many carrots before the body tells us to stop (or before we grow a pair of fluffy ears and start hopping).
Raw foods can also be regarded as the best weight loss remedy in existence, because it’s the stuff that gets shipped directly to our humble planet from our Creator’s grandiose warehouse.
But there are a few components you need to add to the process if you wanna make it a proper weight loss program. For starters, you would need to make your plates and smoothies as colorful as possible, so that you’re not missing out on any of the “vital nutrients”. Secondly you would need to add a daily 30-minute powerwalk into the mix. Obviously with the powerwalks, start out with a 10-minute “snail paced” walk first. And then build up the duration and intensity of those walks over time, until your legs start moving so fast that you end zipping through the entire neighborhood in circles and zigzags like “the Flash”. Or you end up soaring through the skies like “Supergirl”.
FYI: Supergirl and Flash are DC comic book characters.
