Changing what you eat is where the inflation stops and health begins
I finally ironed out my lumps by:
1.Switching what I eat with Fresh Produces (i.e Raw Fruits, Veggies, Greens, Nuts, Seeds).
2.Drinking a glass of water (not anything that “looks like water”) every hour and by
3.Exercising for at least 30 minutes every day (starting with a simple slow walk and then increasing the pace and intensity of those walks over time)
If that sounds like too much for a leap for you right now, start by eliminating anything that has flour, sugar (except fruits), cocaine or salt. And by getting rid of anything that comes in a can, bottle, carton, package, hookah or syringe.
But if you wanna really take it easy, just switch one Processed food item with one Fresh produce every week. That way you won’t feel like you just walked into a snowstorm in your pajamas.
