If you keep your money stashed away and out of sight, you are literally robbing yourself on a daily basis.
Instead, start planting that money in “fertile ground” where it can grow (into more money, not into extradimensional creatures or zombies).
A few good places to “plant” your money are:
Mutual Funds
Stocks
Bonds
High Interest Savings Accounts
and “Ethically acquired” Real Estate
But speak to a good Investment Adviser first. And try to diversify your portfolio whenever you can, even when some options don’t pay as much as another. If you put all your eggs into one nest, and the Ostriches guarding those eggs come home drunk one day, they could pretty much turn all of those eggs into one big omelette. Then the only thing you’ll be able to get out of them is a burp or a belch.
