The 3 Step Process to Losing Weight Through Low Fat Smoothies

Low Fat Smoothies

Fruit and Veg smoothies allow us to tap into the good stuff that our Creator’s already given us (in their cleanest form), without having to look like a Rabbit during mealtimes.

And when you combine these with a generous dose of daily exercise and a few bucketfuls of drinking water, you have yourself the fountain of youth, looks, health, happiness and possibly even good weather.

Think of this like the Director’s Cut of the “Ultimate Health, Fitness and Energy Solution”that very few modern day humans ever got to watch, as the original film reels are said to have been eaten by some prehistoric Brontosaurus.

This simple solution is also a surefire way to deflate any excess fluff that you may have accumulated over the years, without being restricted to a chicken leg and a celery stick for the whole day.

So, if looking good and feeling fabulous appeals to you, then try switching everything you eat to smoothies made with Raw Fruits, Veggies, Greens, Nuts and Seeds for a whole month and see how much of a transnational difference it makes in your life (regardless of your starting point).

Going raw and clean for 6 days a week means that you would have to detox your entire household of all the baddies. Otherwise, things can get very messy and chocolaty, very quickly.

And yes, unfortunately, you’ll have to give up that secret stash of Candy bars too.

But don’t fret. It’s not for all 7 days. You can stick to clean eating for just six days a week and go completely nuts on the seventh. That’s what I do too. Besides, you’ll appreciate those unhealthy but sinfully delicious stuff a whole lot more when you have to wait 6 solid days for them.

At the same time, don’t look at this road to total sexiness as some form of punishment. In fact, when you find the right recipes (that also perfectly healthy), you’ll probably have a hard time keeping your hands off the smoothie maker.

Smoothies don’t just taste good. They make you feel good all day as well, unlike many of those processed foods that give you quick high and leave you snoring on the kitchen floor an hour later. In fact, recent interviews with the Road Runner and Speedy Gonzales revealed that they’re both crazy about fruit and veg smoothies.

Now, if you wanna really amp up the volume and turn this “smoothie ritual” into a comprehensive fitness regiment of pure awesomeness, then you’ll need few more tires in that Monster Truck to get it rolling:

1.Drink a glass of water every hour: Even if you don’t change anything in your diet but commit to drinking just one glass of fresh water every hour without fail, that alone will start squeezing you down to a more compact and portable size.

2. Munch on a few good salads: Sure the smoothies do much of work on their own as long as you make the effort to include as many different vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds in there as possible.

But there’s only so many that you can fit into a single smoothie before it starts to taste like a cough syrup from the medieval era. So, the way around is to squeeze in the remainder in with some salads.

When I say, squeeze as many as you can, I am not talking about a whole deforestation here. 5-10 varieties a day would suffice. But make it as colorful as you can, so that you know you’re hitting a good plethora of nutrients every day.

And just like smoothies, with the right combination of “all natural” spices you can really bring those salads to life. In addition to the spices, feel free to toss in a few eggs, some ricotta cheese and a generous splash of Olive or Sesame oil in there as well. The oil keeps the hunger pangs away. And the ricotta cheese and eggs, while contributing to your protein intake, also adds some sizzle and dazzle to the whole thing.

3. Do half an hour of “legitimate” exercise every day: Whilst many people consider using the stairs and moving a few throw pillows around as a solid workout, what constitutes as real exercise is a jam-packed workout session of 20 minutes or more.

Your heart, much like your legs need some form of exercise every day for it to keep drumming, humming and grooving along.

But if you don’t already have a few Olympic Gold Medals tucked away somewhere in your kitchen cabinet, then I would highly recommend that you start your workout regiment with just a slow 10-minute walk around the block every day and then build it up to 30 minutes over the coming weeks in 5-minute increments. From there you can work on increasing the speed of that walk gradually over the weeks that follow. Then once your legs start craving for more adventure, reward them with something a little more fun and intense like P90X3 (which is what I’m doing right now).

It might also be worth mentioning that I gave up on every single workout regiment and sport that I had ever taken part in until recently. And it was only after I bumped my head really hard on the sink one time, that I came to the realization that human beings are designed to grow and progress only an inch or a minute at a time. And that slow progressive Kaizen approach, when applied to different aspects of your life, is what generates the Fusion that results in an awesome life.

So, always take the slow and steady route (unless maybe you’re trying to get somewhere really far). Even team up with a Turtle if it helps.
