Perseverance only pays when you’re on the right track.

Wearing a helmet might not be such a bad idea either.

Often times, people go through many failed relationships and diets, by repeating the same mistakes as before, in a never ending loop.

And then they either blame other people or start believing that something is “inherently” wrong with them. Or that they were dropped on the head as children.

But, all they had to do was stop for a second, look in the mirror and ask themselves these 4 ‘mystical’ questions:

1. WHAT am I doing wrong?

2. Would my results be any different if I was doing things differently?

3. Would trying out a FEW of the suggestions from someone who’s been there and done that (by either calling them or reading one of their self-help books) help me change the outcome in someway?
