Wondering What Happens to Your Body When You Quit Smoking? Here’s What Happens If You Don’t

What Happens to Your Body When You Quit Smoking

Thought it was okay to smoke in front of your Boss?

How about a friend or family member? It’s no secret that smoking kills around 6 million people every single year and turns those who don’t into old, wrinkly, hairless and toothless folk with crippled immune systems in a few short years. But the real kicker is that cigarettes also kill 450,000 innocent bystanders (not counting Rabbits, Dogs, Cats and Walruses).

And, since 90% of the smoke is invisible and can travel through walls, it doesn’t make much of a difference whether you’re blowing the smoke right in their faces or if you’re cautiously doing it from your closet. So, if you have kids, they can very easily become part of that unfortunate second-hand smoke statistic.

But even if you travel to a different City for a smoke, your Kids will eventually pick up the habit as they usually become carbon copies of us right down to the way we sneeze, talk, giggle, cough, and burp.

So, how do you quit? You quit smoking by doing just one thing: quitting.
You can use something called “quit tea” to make the quitting process more scrumptious and less painful. But don’t try any of those “nicotine based” products to help you quit, though.

Nicotine isn’t just the most addictive and lethal drug ever known to Man, it’s also like a little parasite that lives in your bloodstream that doesn’t pay rent. And as soon as you try to starve it out of your system (by not smoking), it’ll grab you by the collar, shake you like a Polaroid picture, give you the “illusion” that you’re stressed and make you light up again. But the only way to flush it out is to put it on a strict diet of “nothingness” with no cable TV and wait for it to..die.

And during the process, the parasite will kick, scream, bite and even try singing out of chorus, hoping that you’ll cave in and give it just one nibble of nicotine to hang on.

But if you fight off the temptation and not allow it to call any of its friends until the torment subsides, then you’ll emerge as the Man or Woman that your family truly DESERVES to be around.

Now, if you’re still having trouble quitting, then I highly recommend you have a read through the book“Easy way to stop smoking” by Alan Carr.

It’s helped millions of people of kick the habit for good over the years. There’s also a whole plethora of other resources on Amazon that’ll help you quit. Use em all if you have to. I would personally do whatever it takes to save my kids if I knew their lives were in mortal danger, particularly if I somehow played a part in it. But ultimately the only person who can make it happen is you.
